As an environmental conservation student, you’ll be learning about the fundamentals of environmental science along with skills such as data management, human environmental impact, how ecological systems work and how to monitor species and habitats. After your degree, you’ll have lots of options for postgraduate study should you wish, or you can go into the world of work. Common career paths for graduates of environmental conservation degrees include ecology officer, programme co-ordinator, conservation officer and education and outreach officer.
