Great Underrated University with flexible learning; nice, smiling and positive staff. From the admission was straight forward, very efficient and not time wasters, I'm glad I could join and start my learning journey with them (I'm enrolled for BSc Computing). The programme compared with other universities is very comprehensive of blended content both for practical and theory. The lecturers are qualified, clean english speakers and many of them with PHDS done in multiple countries, making the content for learners to stimulate positively. I wish I could have same treatment and quality of contents from the previous university! Suggestions: some workshops for quantum programming, robotics with arduino and raspberry. PS. they got already java, python and maths workshops which are very nice and additional to get confidence into the subject. Everything is great anyways from my point of view!

I really enjoy the course that I'm studying. The course is really interesting and the tutors are kind, helpful and supportive. The facilities are modern and easy to find my way round. One of my favourite parts about the university is the Journalism and Media Week where guests speakers from the media industry come in to talk about there experiences and even take questions from students. What needs improving is the shuttle bus service as it is unacceptable because it's unreliable and is always late. If this was fixed the university would be perfect. I also think that tutors can sometimes overwhelm us with assignments.

I think I have chosen the best university I love how they support the student how the environment is . It’s fantastic and so friendly for me . Whenever I had i problem I emailed them and they were always available for me through everything from module assignments to helping anything . the next I wanna say is my university teachers they teach quite well I can understand it very easily even in one lecture I can learn all the things that are meant to be learned. And last one is the education system the module lectures and chapters they gave us is very good and helpful for us to understand each and everything about the topic the most important thing for me is educational system and my university Essex online university have the best system I can say that they are amazing teacher amazing students and very helpful stuff always their for us great university for me .

Friendly environment easy to find way around and the my Beckett website helps with catching up on work and doing extra private study, communication through the uni could be more sufficient and some of the work being marked has taken a few months and still not had it back

Best aspects are the support and the libraries and the societies in the union. The union is great and very helpful. Worst aspects are if something bad happens to you off campus the university wont really help you. There isn't support on certain modules and certain lecturers don't test you on what they teach. Some communication via email doesn't make sense and they backtrack very close to the examination period. This can make exams very stressful and confusing.
