An Education degree can be very rewarding as you will come to learn about theories of child development, educational policies and what it takes to become a teacher. You'll understand how educational and socialisation processes infiltrate all areas of society and in turn be able to contribute to the development of future generations. Study an education degree and you'll acquire a diverse skill set, allowing you to go on to specialise in certain disciplines such as history or sociology if you wish. Teaching is obviously one outcome you could choose as a graduate but you may also take interest in youth and social work, counselling, tutoring and so much more.
