I love the location and the people, it can feel a little distant with far away accommodation and lack of frequent in person tutor support
I love the atmosphere and the lectures given! We could have more 1 on 1 time with tutors
Some staff are really great, however the crits and student community are lacking
I wish we had more access to facilities for the others degrees. I wish graphic design had more space for equipment. I wish the printer in the B block belonged to graphic design we are the only ones who use it but when it runs out of paper it doesn’t get filled. I wish we had access to the facilities at the other colleges. I wish someone explained the American education system and classes structure to be before I went on exchange to FIT NYC so I could choose my classes with more certainty. But love UAL! Good tutors and industry links.
The area is nice, but student life is lacking.
The canteen can be more spaces for student. Now it can not afford all the students.
