BCU is a great place to study because it focuses on employability and diverse course offerings. The location is also great because it's situated in Birmingham, vibrant and culturally diverse city. The university has invested in modern facilities and resources, including libraries, labs and a positive learning environment. Student support is great with counselling, career guidance and academic assistance that help students succeed in their studies BCU could improve in areas of communication, timely and clear information from the university administration will go a long way in helping new international students settle easier. The university should also establish effective feedback mechanisms between the students and the faculties, so that concerns can be addressed promptly.

Best- the student life and vibe of the uni Worst- The timetables aren’t organised well because the lectures and seminars are spaced out so much that i have to schedule around these times which is inconvenient

BCU is an excellent learning institution in my experience so far. The lectures are amazing ...support and amazing student union programmes. The school is neat and amenities very well maintained. I however experienced a lot of delays during my application process I would kindly request that they improve on the response time during university applications otherwise since I joined everything has been very smooth.

Birmingham city university are giving more facilities then other universities in Uk.And the main reason to choose this Computing and Information Technology course just because of this course is accredited with partial CENG. Although my university is outstanding and wonderful in the whole United Kingdom .

Every possible facilities are provided by the uni from canteen to study room to prayer room as well

Overall it was amazing, but as a perfectionist I couldn't call it perfect. But anyways I'm loving it.

Located at the centre of main city is the best part of this university. There are number of benefits being at the centre of the city like easy access to daily needs be it a good food, transport, or recreation. Apart from this, the university’s infrastructure is outstanding with latest technology. Since this university is huge and with great technology it comes with some drawbacks too. It can be little difficult to figure out what’s where. As an international student I found few things missing here which I think could be of great help for the future students if it’s available. Like at first I think there should be some kiosks for bank representatives so that the new international students can easily open their bank accounts, secondly there Should be kiosks or a help desk on GP ( general practitioner enroll ) info as an international students many of them miss those things at first and later on it’s little difficult for them to understand the process. Further i think there should be help deals for national insurance number details.

Improvements!! • BCU needs to know how students interest whether they want exam or assessments because university degrees should be are more research based degree not exam based. Exams are good for subject such as maths and other mathematical modeling subjects but not for all. • BCU attendance system needs to be fix because some students facing problems with there attendance because they haven't absent in any lecture but they got absence by system. The best part was that the faculty during the course were so helpful and few facilities were also available for us even during their holiday period and the worst part is that the library is not available for 24*7, during my first semester it was available 24*7 but later on they changed it. Which is the only worst part
