Business Management BA (Hons)

University rating (4)

Business & Management BA course is very good. Lots of interesting and relevant modules. May as well not have a student union - they don’t provide anything beneficial for students.

It is all based on a hill so for someone with low mobility it can be hard to get around. However, everything else is great. The facilities are beyond anything I've ever imagined. The library is a great area to study in

Sport and Exercise Science BSc (Hons)

University rating (4)

This Uni offers great opportunities to gain work experience so you are job ready when you leave. Speaking with students who are in more advanced years have said this experience has helped them massively. They give you good support for your exams or assignments and always offer help. I think what could be improved is timetabling scheduling. For example some days there are only 1 hour seminars or lectures. Which for people commuting can be expensive. Therefore they should try and schedule one hour periods with other lectures or seminars. Other than that issue there is good facilities, which include laboratories, cafeteria and the gym areas.

MSc Specialist Physiotherapy Practice

University rating (5)

I love Sheffield and SHU. The only thing I'm finding hard is that it is hard for me to make friends from other countries as my class is 98% filled with just Indians. So there is no diversity. Other than that, the facilities and my experience so far is amazing.

Biomedical Science BSc (Hons)

University rating (4)

Best aspects of my uni experience are the amazing opportunities i’ve had and the friends i’ve made. The incredible sports society’s that ahve been so inclusive. Worst aspects of my uni experience are really struggling to make friends in my first year as i was nervous to join society’s and was put in a flat with all boys.
