The best aspect of my uni experience, is exposure to diverse perspectives and cultures, whether through interacting with classmates from different backgrounds, participating in multicultural events, or forming lifelong friendships. the worst aspect of my experience I am not finish the course.
The best aspect of my course would be the sense of fulfilment and purpose that comes from making a positive impact on people's lives through healthcare, as well as the opportunity for continuous learning and growth in a rewarding field . The worst aspect of my nursing associate course was the challenge of balancing academic requirements with my personal and family challenges.
The thing I like most about the Stratford campus is that it provides a conducive environment for learning and growth. The least aspect sometimes could be communication and transparency regarding updates on some issues.

The University of East London (UEL) is renowned for its innovative approach to teaching and learning, characterized by dynamic methods that engage students and foster active participation. Having experienced various courses at UEL, I can attest to the effectiveness of these teaching strategies in enhancing the academic experience. Here's a detailed review of how courses are taught at UEL: Interactive Lectures: Lectures at UEL are far from passive experiences. Professors utilize interactive teaching methods such as group discussions, case studies, and multimedia presentations to actively engage students in the learning process. This approach encourages critical thinking, collaboration, and knowledge retention, making lectures both informative and stimulating. Practical Learning Opportunities: UEL emphasizes hands-on, practical learning experiences to complement theoretical knowledge. Many courses incorporate practical sessions, laboratory work, field trips, or industry placements, providing students with real-world skills and insights relevant to their field of study. These experiential learning opportunities enhance students' employability and prepare them for success in their future careers. Small Group Workshops: In addition to lectures, many courses at UEL feature small group workshops where students can delve deeper into course material, ask questions, and receive personalized feedback from instructors. These intimate learning environments promote active participation, collaboration, and peer-to-peer learning, fostering a supportive and conducive academic atmosphere. Technology Integration: UEL leverages technology to enhance the learning experience, with online platforms, virtual classrooms, and multimedia resources complementing traditional teaching methods. Whether through interactive online modules, virtual simulations, or digital libraries, students have access to a wealth of digital resources that facilitate self-directed learning and independent study. Research-Led Teaching: UEL prides itself on its research-led teaching approach, with many faculty members actively involved in cutting-edge research and scholarship. This research expertise is integrated into course curriculum, allowing students to engage with the latest developments and discoveries in their field of study. By bridging theory and practice, research-led teaching at UEL cultivates a culture of academic excellence and intellectual curiosity among students. Feedback and Assessment: UEL places a strong emphasis on providing timely and constructive feedback to students to support their learning and development. Assessment methods vary across courses and may include essays, exams, presentations, projects, or portfolios. Instructors provide detailed feedback on assignments to help students identify areas for improvement and achieve their academic goals.
Great location and nice library. Library can be a bit noisy sometimes. Lovely lecturers but sometimes it can feel disorganised which adds to the stress of assignments and deadlines.
Lots of misleading information from lecturers (sometimes feels like we get 10 different answers to 1 question). A lot of the lecturers are really engaging though and their passion for psychology is clear (which is really appreciated).
We suppose to be teacher which have to use interactive board this department has no interactive white board.
Some of the tutor just wasting your time. They talk nonsense. There are plenty of things to do in the course which is a lot of work. Workloads wouldn't give you time to reflect and practice what you have learned and try to practice it.
I can only speak for the Stratford campus but it's always clean and tidy. The facilities are up-to-date and well resourced. What's missing for me are extra-curricular societies such as a university orchestra, drama group, and LGBT network.
Takes a while to get going but generally the course content has already made me a better psychologist. The lecturers are hit and miss - but it might be just personal preference that I prefer a more direct and challenging teaching style which some of the lecturers do not provide.
As a distance learner in my first term, I can only share my experience from what I've seen online. I'm very impressed with how responsive student support has been as well as the level of support from my professors and speakers in the webinars. I love my courses so far. My wish list: accurate transcripts for all block videos, workshops with the library services so I could try utilizing in real time, workshop using Zotero for organizing materials.
The course content is excellent. Out of all the speakers in the video blocks, I only found one hard to follow but that issue would be remedied with an accurate transcript. I am so impressed with the level of experience and passion exhibited by my professors and staff.
As an international student we would like you to give more support in finding job rest everything we can manage. We didn't come all the way here to work in some bars and study psychology at the same time we are not asking to provided job we would request to at list be a bridge. yes, we do have career zone which is of no use I have. Even after mailing people every one want to just take their own time and not reply or they are sick or they are not into the field I am looking for . I mean .
Classes are going great like i told in last review we want jobs, not just give I understand you check the quality of the person and give but at list show us the path.
Experience in East of London university is very good. There are lot of supporting and facilities that make me feel confident and eager to learn.
Very good. Teachers are supportive
The facilities are easy to use the lectures are informative and approachable to go up to
The one bad aspect is the speed of teaching since it feels like it goes to fast and it’s hard to keep up and on track if you miss a lecture Or seminar
The location is good apart of the journey getting there as it takes 3 trains for me to get there it’s right next to london city airport so we get to see all the areoplanes take off which is a plus
Faculty ,student hub , facilities everything is going good engaging lectures and I am happy to pursue masters from UEL.
Good course content
