Great university to go to with an excellent industry reputation. Placement year sold it for me as it gives you the opportunity to set up your own networks and prove yourself. Perfect for anyone who loves being out in the coutnryside and with like minded people.

Loads of new facilities have been built on the campus in the last few years!

Above average support for students with dyslexia and any learning problems. Plenty of help available when you need it and there are 1st year modules designed to get your academic skills up to scratch.

Very active student union with lots of things on! My only critism is that there isnt very much on that isnt heavily alchol based.

Harper is rural which happens to suit me. There is a club in the local town and loads of pubs which means you get a chance to talk to people as well as dance. There is the option of going to Shrewsbury, Telford, Birmingham, Stafford if you fancy a night out clubbing or going shopping.

Loads of choice and if it isnt here you're free to set up a new society.

I study countryside and our lecturers are fantastic. They know their students by name and are really keen to offer help if you need it and check that you are okay. There is always a sheet of paper on their office door so you can sign up to speak to them one on one.

Really fantastic links with industry that put you in a really good position for jobs when you graduate. Placement year helps get you more expereience and often students get employed with their placement employers after they graduate.

Depends on what you go for but I love my halls of residence and have found a really nice little cottage for next year that will cost £65 a week rent no bills included that is 3 miles from the campus.
