I am really enjoying studying at Newcastle University. I am currently a fresher and am living in halls. I had a few problems with house mates at the beginning but gradually, it got better. . I would definitely recommend this Uni to all potential students, the University is always there to help you. I would say that if you have any problems, speak up because the Uni is very supportive and there is a lot of help available if you just ask for it. Also, St James Park is brilliant.

I am a student of civil engineering and I am glad that I chose Newcastle University for pusuing my bachelors degree as Newcastle was recommended to me by a lot of people for engineering. Also, as I am on a placement year, I get the real life experience of what actually happens in civil engineering. We have been on several industrial visits and construction sites for the past 4 months.
