I love my degree content, but we were promised lots of field courses that have not been delivered and received no compensation.

The best aspects of my university experience are definitely the sporting ones. I have played table tennis for university for the last three years. It’s been a highlight of my time here. But the Student’s Union (and more university staff more broadly) are not paid enough by the university, meaning they’re overworked, and we see that. There is a top quality level of teaching at Lancaster which is great

The course is small so we get a lot of 1-to-1 time with our lecturers. The lecturers themselves are very knowledgeable about Political Ecology. I particularly like when they give examples from their own work to mobile the content
