I think given the circumstances, York has done an excellent job at making us feel included and as valued a student as anyone else despite not being on campus. I have learned more this year than I did in my three years at my previous university, due to the excellent teaching and engagement

I can’t give a comment on this as due to covid sadly I haven’t been able to visit campus which is of course disappointing

I have received many personal emails regarding mental health support when I have asked for extensions on assignments, signposting me to useful resources

The course has obviously been a bit different to how I imagined it would be when I applied due to covid, but one of my lecturers in particular went above and beyond to make sure our course was still excellent value for money by giving up a lot of her time to create innovative learning activities to supplement the content. I would give 5 however I feel that on one or two modules in the management school (the course is taught across two modules) the support could have been a lot better

UoY has an incredible environment. Teaching quality deteriorates because there are too many Chinese students.

we have an optional module from SBS(School for Business and Society), but it takes up too much time for self-study, the course content is not effective, and too many Chinese students lead to poor teaching quality

There are all the facilities that a dormitory should have, but the facilities in the social space are old. For example, the table tennis table is completely crooked and has not been repaired.
