Good and excellent personal tutor, however there' still improvement needed for international students

Everything is perfect except for the phone call services

The best part of studying is one of my lecturers who gives me the drive to improve on my work and I love their knowledge! I am so passionate about learning, and so far this course has been brilliant. I don't always struggle with the knowledge, especially on learning about play, safeguarding and DPP, however the academic side is challenging! I feel the downside to this course is time management. Being a director and not being able to have my full days of doing the work due to staff sickness/holidays or absence , has been somewhat difficult. I have had to catch up on evenings, which for me is not ideal.

I am happy the course was available for me online as this university was the only one across county's that got me in! I like the delivery on the course, however for me I do like the face to face communication, rather than an email or tutorial. I will continue with my Level 6.
