I know I wouldn’t have had the same experience anywhere else. Maybe because it’s a small uni, but it really does feel like we’re our own village where you know everyone. All the staff are so supportive and down to earth, which makes learning so much easier, and when it comes to mental health and student experience, that stuff always comes first. I was never treated like a number.

Sports facilities were high end and easy to book when needed. Equipment is well maintained and looked after, especially during covid when it needs to be cleaned alot.

100% the best uni for student support. There are so many people you can talk to and get help from whether it be extensions on deadlines, personal issues, mental health, assignment and career support and even just how the printer works. People are always on hand. Students on my course are assigned an academic advisor and they check in regularly to see how you’re getting on. There is no where like chi in terms of student support.

First year and a half was amazing. Had lots of contact hours and the lecturers always had time for you. During covid contact hours dropped, but student support was always there.

90% of the Alumni on my course are employed with in 6 months, and even though I’ve left I can still contact and use the career services at chi.
