Staff are friendly and supportive, older students are more than happy to help freshers as can be seen through the peer guiding system; and best of all Main Arts is Bangors very own Hogwarts!

Being a Bangor Student is knowing that no matter where you look you always have support. Wether it’s academic support from tutors and professors, international support or support from the friends you made, some one is always there. I always feel challenged by my classes with professors also pushing me to create the best work they know I am capable of. The campus location couldn’t be better because you never have to choose between the mountains or the sea! Outdoors not your thing? That’s fine, there is almost too many amazing clubs to be part of! A mix of classic beauty and modern style there is something for everyone. Anyone would be lucky to have Bangor university be their university.

I’m so thankful for the blended learning because I never have to miss classes. Even after class my professors are always there to go over the lecture if there is something I didn’t fully understand. I know My lecturers are always an email or office hour away!

The diversity of bangor is amazing, just walking down the street I hear different languages every way I turn! The community welcomes the student population, and when ever something happens the police listen and do their best to be pro active. I feel Safe walking home alone which is huge thing for me as a women. The night life is fun and exciting and academi is the safest club I’ve ever been to!

I loved my time in halls! It was like having my own apartment. A fully working kitchen private bathrooms! I never had to worry about the internet so I never stressed over my assignments. It was a great way to start off uni and I met my best friends living in halls!
