I have really enjoyed my time at the university so far and I am excited to continue my journey. The staff have been continuously helpful and are always there to answer any doubts or issues I may have. My personal tutor is always free to discuss my academic achievement as well as my personal wellbeing.

The universitys facilities are very very good. Everything is just a few minutes walk away from each other and there is always something new to be done every day. The library has a number of floors ranging from a group study zone to a silent zone so students can take care and study.

Each student has their own personal tutor who is there to answer any questions they have. They give us honest and critical feedback and ways to improve our academic writing. Personal counselling is always available for students to talk about their wellbeing and anything else they may have.

The Student Union is the place to go! I couldn't belive when I first started at university that it was all run by students! The management of the Union as well as the service all adds to the success of the place which is why students are always coming back for more. It is amazing that they have chat zones inside so students can take a minute to just sit down with a cup of coffee and ease their minds. The toilets are also accessible and there are free sanitary products available for females.

The University is very accessible and local facilities are only a few minutes walk away from each other. Although I do not live in accomodation, I have seen the halls of residence and it is just a few minutes away from the building which makes it accessible for all students living.

There is a lot of exciting societies going on ranging from a Kpop society to an Army society. Not your average society but much more exciting. These societies arent just something that students feel the need to have to go to, rather a moment to join together with other students and build a relationship. The sports are very key to students' lives because it is a way to keep them healthy and fit but also for their own mental and emotional wellbeing. They can relieve themselves of stress and calm themselves down with sports.

What I like most about the way my course is taught is that it is never a sit down and listen course. It gives us the opportunity to take part and voice our opinions and views but also debate others'. What I dont like about the way my course is taught is that sometimes the lecturers talk at a speed of 353mph and it is hard to take in what they are saying. I understand it as they are passionate about what they are talking about.

My university has a whole section on the website dedicated to volunteering. These range from cafes to working with adults who are suffering from alzheimers. Some people wonder how these are related to my chosen career pathway of working with children. There are a lot of transferable skills that can be taken from these places. These include communication and empathy where I could support a child in the classroom if they had a family member who is suffering from Alzheimers.
