BCU is fantastic I really am having a good time. I don't just mean partying and meeting people but in general there is so much to do around Birmingham. If you are coming here from another city or country my main advice would be come here for a few days a week or two before do some job hunting and pick up a part time job before everyone else. Also freshers week buy beer before you go out save a lot of money that way!

My overall experience of university is neutral as the role of being a university student means that I will be confronted by difficult challenges involving time management and planning with my modules having deadlines. It is viral that I meet these deadlines although that comes a huge amount of pressure on me and I try my best in every module and give it my 100% effort to fill satisfied with the level of detail and thought I give to it.

The accessibility of services and facilities is very useful where within my campus there are spaces for studying/socialising and a range of laptops to borrow including Macbooks, Acer. Additionally, there are areas which contains food and drink, stationary available to purchase and a library that includes books to borrow for assignments.

I think that there is some student support with my academic lecturers as they provide me with useful information to help my understanding with my modules. However, my questions aren't always answered with huge amounts of detail rather a little vague

My course is taught through two methods which is blended between (in-class/online) due to the current ongoing pandemic that is happening. In addition to this, in my opinion I think that the blended method of teaching is more beneficial for a large majority of university students who are unable to attend in person due to personal circumstances.

My university has given me opportunities to meet with past students that have careers where I'm able to ask questions and interact with them. In order to gain the ways of success professionally and be satisfied with the career I choose.
